About The Position

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing kitchen associates, ensuring food quality, establishing and maintaining food safety and sanitation standards, controlling inventory, and managing food & labor costs. We are seeking our next great team member to join our culinary team and fill the Executive Sous Chef position. You have a prove ability to collaborate on menu design. You are creative, and your creativity is paired with consistent quality. You have your food manager certification and are knowledgeable of all federal, state, and local laws/ regulations pertaining to food safety and food production. You have experience in high-volume banquets and a fast-paced environment. You are passionate and take pride in providing our customers with superior quality and service. You are looking for some flexibility in a job, so working a variety of different shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends, works for your personal life. Requirements

  • At least two years of experience in a culinary role, preferably in a supervisory position
