As an Allstate Exclusive Life Specialist, you’ll build your own life insurance practice with support from Allstate. Your partnership with Allstate Agency owners will drive new business in your local community and create additional opportunities for growth. Your Support Team. We support our Exclusive Life Specialists nationwide with a variety of life insurance product offerings and continued education designed to help you succeed. Life Specialists can share space with an Allstate agency owner and receive customer referral and leads through these partnerships, as well as additional online and other lead sources. Your Rewards. Requirements
- At least 2 years of life insurance customer facing sales experience
- State Life/Health Insurance Licenses
- A strong mix of life protection sales experience
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience as a Life Insurance Agent, Insurance Representative, or related sales professional preferred
- Professional designations such as CLU and LUTCF preferred
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) with emphasis on business preferred
