About The Position

The Exclusive Agency (EA) Marketing Program Management Senior Consultant II supports the planning, development, and execution of complex and large-scale marketing programs designed for Allstate EAs to help them successfully increase awareness, drive consideration, and grow profitably within their local market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing programs designed to support Exclusive Agency marketing plans
• Lead end-to-end program planning from concepts and pilot design, launch, and optimization
• Contribute to the design of strategies to drive growth and retention through collaboration with internal partners and external vendors overseeing onboarding, scope, timelines, budgets and deliverables
• Manage multiple, complex marketing projects, including developing detailed project plans and timelines
• Create and deliver educational resources, communications and presentations designed to ensure awareness and adoption of programs amongst varied stakeholder groups
• Analyze and report on program performance using insights to modify or improve future programs
• Facilitate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of marketing campaigns
