About The Position

This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to the organization’s clients. Duties include onboarding and training of new clients, trouble-shooting technology issues, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role involves executing on subject matter experts’ consultations with clients, preparing transactional documents and agreements related to company service offerings, and maintaining client files and reports. Additionally, the Exchange Specialist will provide administrative support, assist with cash management (banking and funding) for client accounts, and provide client support including troubleshooting and problem escalation. A key aspect of the role is gaining knowledge and understanding of 1031 exchanges to independently service clients, fielding inquiries via phone, email, and web-leads, and performing additional tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent industry experience.
  • Awareness of Certified Exchange Specialist (CES) Designation.
  • Highly ethical.
