About The Position

Genesis10 is seeking an Exchange Security Engineer for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution in Plano, TX. This role supports a large-scale enterprise Exchange environment, with a focus on security and sustainability. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Trend Micro security tools in both cloud and on-premise infrastructures. This position requires participation in a 24x7 on-call support rotation every 5-6 weeks.

Requirements

5 to 10 years' experience with Exchange 2016 or higher servers
Experience with various tools related to Trend Micro such as Email Security, Cloud App Security (TMCAS), and ScanMail for Microsoft Exchange (both on-prem and cloud)
Experience with Multi-Node DAG's across multiple data centers and Clustering in a large Exchange environment
Proficient with Splunk
Ability to maintain Exchange Operationally, with monitoring utilizing SCOM and On-Call availability and flexibility
Ability to troubleshoot to Root Cause Exchange mail flow issues for multiple client environment
Ability to take ownership of an initiative/issue through completion
Ability to work in a collaborative environment via Skype, WebEx, or Teams
Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively with LOB's, Clients and Tech-savvy stakeholders
Experience with Exchange Online / Microsoft 365
Must be pro-active, enthusiastic, flexible, results driven with attention to detail
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision, and provide daily productive results

Nice To Haves

Trend Micro Certification
ITIL Certification and in depth understanding of ITIL principles, functions and processes
Server, Storage & Network experience

Responsibilities

Responsible for keeping Exchange Sustainability at 99.9% SLA
Assist with reviewing documentation, Remedy ticketing, implementing change controls, and at times interfacing with clients
