About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Exceptions CIU Processor to join our team in Carol Stream, Illinois. In this role, you will be responsible for processing critical account updates, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting customer payment processing activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, enjoys working with data, possesses strong attention to detail, and can thrive in a fast-paced production environment with strict deadlines.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with computers, data entry, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong keyboarding and data entry skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Strong attendance and reliability record.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions, procedures, and guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter and update customer information within designated software systems.
  • Process data updates including address changes, direct deposit information, and other account maintenance activities.
  • Review work for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established procedures.
  • Communicate appropriate resolutions and process updates in a timely manner.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive customer information.
  • Meet productivity, quality, and performance standards.
  • Utilize telephone systems and computer applications to support daily operations.
  • Provide assistance, guidance, and training support to new team members as needed.
  • Manage multiple assignments and priorities while meeting established deadlines.
  • Follow all departmental procedures, policies, and quality standards.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
