About The Position
Accordance is a secure AI platform for professionals in accounting and finance that augments productivity and automates complex workflows. Accordance uses algorithms with reasoning-adept LLMs that have been customized by our expert team of finance professionals, engineers, and research scientists. We've found product-market fit and are scaling our team very quickly. This is an open application for exceptional talent who are world-class at what they do and excited about the future of AI in accounting and finance. The right person often shapes the role, not the other way around. The role is based in San Francisco, CA. We use an in-person work model and offer relocation assistance to new employees.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in accounting, tax, finance, professional services, AI/ML, engineering, or a related field
- A track record of exceptional work at high-performing teams or organizations
- Excited about applying your skills to a new problem space at the intersection of AI and professional services
- Can operate autonomously and thrive in ambiguity
- Willing and eager to do work in the trenches — whatever the role, building something from the ground up requires a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves mentality
