About The Position

Clarifi Staffing Solutions is partnering with a school district in Oregon to hire a dedicated Special Education Teacher for a full-time, school-based position. This opportunity is ideal for an educator who is passionate about supporting students with diverse learning needs and creating inclusive classroom experiences.

As a Special Education Teacher, you will provide individualized instruction and support to students receiving special education services. You’ll play a key role in helping students access the curriculum, build essential skills, and achieve their academic and personal goals.

Requirements

• Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field and possess an active Oregon teaching license with a Special Education endorsement, or be eligible to obtain licensure.
• Prior experience in a school setting is preferred, along with demonstrated strength in classroom management and organization.
• The ideal candidate will also have the ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to support student success.

Responsibilities

• Track and report student progress toward goals.
• Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff.
• Support positive behavior strategies and classroom management.
• Participate in IEP meetings and communicate regularly with families.
• Adapt curriculum and instructional strategies to support student success.
• Deliver specialized instruction tailored to students’ unique learning needs.
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
