Requirements

  • Someone responsible for working daily exception items and the ability to make decisions on accounts while adhering to policies and procedures.
  • Someone responsible for delivering excellent customer service while professionally assisting customers and providing support to branch personnel to help resolve customer needs.
  • You can maintain confidentiality.
  • You possess excellent phone etiquette.
  • You have excellent attention to detail and can follow procedures and analyze/solve basic and complex problems with accuracy.
  • High school diploma or GED

  • Previous banking experience
  • Previous customer service experience
  • You care about your community and have a desire to be involved.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine clerical tasks using basic research and problem solving.
  • Work with reports daily to solve account transactions in a timely manner with accuracy.
  • Sort and route return documents from RCB Bank customers and the Federal Reserve.
  • Research, document and resolve credit reporting disputes received from various channels within specified deadlines.
  • Research, review, and document legal documents.
