About The Position

The EVS Technician helps keep facility spaces clean, safe, and ready for visitors and staff, supporting infection prevention and maintaining a consistently sanitary environment. The role involves general daily cleaning of hallways, offices, corridors, bathrooms, and public areas, as well as collecting trash, vacuuming, and cleaning other assigned areas. The position is onsite in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Shifts may occur overnight, in the morning, and on weekends. The work is active and involves moving between areas as priorities change, restocking supplies, responding to staff needs, and ensuring spaces are ready for incoming traffic.

Requirements

Janitorial or custodial experience.
Working knowledge of OSHA practices, chemical safety, and infection control basics.
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely.
Clear communication skills and a strong customer service mindset.
Must be able to work weekends.

Responsibilities

Clean corridors, restrooms, and shared areas using approved tools and chemical products.
Operate floor scrubbers, buffers, vacuums, and other equipment for floor care and sanitation.
Follow OSHA safety rules, including proper chemical handling and storage and emergency procedures.
Use safe lifting and moving techniques for supplies, equipment, and waste.
Remove and dispose of waste according to sanitation guidelines.
Respond professionally to staff requests for cleaning support or supplies.
Perform general daily cleaning, including in hallways, offices, corridors, bathrooms, and public areas.
Collect regular trash, vacuum, and clean other assigned areas.
Restock supplies as needed and check in with staff when priorities require attention.
Confirm spaces are ready for the next wave of traffic.
