About The Position

Baptist Health Hardin is seeking an Environmental Services Technician to help maintain a safe, hygienic, and aesthetically pleasing care environment. The position involves timely patient-room turnovers, cleaning and disinfecting patient rooms and support areas, and completing additional cleaning projects as needed. The technician is expected to follow Hospital and Departmental Policies and Procedures while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and follow written or verbal instructions.

Nice To Haves

• 1–2 years of Customer Service, Hospitality, and/or Environmental Services experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily duties to establish a safe, hygienic, and aesthetically pleasing care environment.
• Ensure timely turnover of patient rooms.
• Clean and disinfect occupied and unoccupied patient rooms and support areas.
• Participate in additional cleaning projects as required.
• Follow Hospital and Departmental Policies and Procedures.
