About The Position

This role is responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and service within the casino and front/back of house areas. The position involves developing and maintaining a service culture that ensures the delivery of superior internal/external guest service by all team members. Adherence to all regulatory, departmental, and company policies and procedures is required. The role also includes knowledge of all promotions and events.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Men’s & women’s restrooms cleaned and maintained
• Empty all trash in restrooms as well as on the casino floor, front lobby areas, and back of the house
• Associate Dining Room maintained
• Faces, sides, tops and bases of machines wiped clean
• Floor clean of clutter
• Vacuum where designated
• Ensure all duties and responsibilities are performed to the best of each staff member’s ability
• Answer radio calls and communicate professionally
• All other duties as assigned
