About The Position

This role is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and service standards within the casino and front-of-house/back-of-house areas. The position involves developing and maintaining a service culture that ensures superior guest service, adhering to all regulatory and company policies, and possessing knowledge of promotions and events. Key duties include cleaning and maintaining restrooms, emptying trash, maintaining dining areas, wiping down machines, ensuring floors are free of clutter, and vacuuming designated areas. The role also requires ensuring staff perform duties to the best of their ability, answering radio calls, and communicating professionally. Requirements

Knowledge of all promotions and events
Men’s & women’s restrooms cleaned and maintained
Empty all trash in restrooms as well as on the casino floor, front lobby areas, and back of the house
Associate Dinning Room maintained
Faces, sides, tops and bases of machines wiped clean
Floor clean of clutter
Vacuum where designated
Ensure all duties and responsibilities are performed to the best of each staff member’s ability
Answer radio calls and communicate professionally
