About The Position

The Environmental Services Educator is responsible for assisting in the development, implementation and maintenance of all training programs for EVS Mission Partners. This role utilizes regulatory & industry-based training resources, trains talent, and verifies on-going competency to ensure program quality, sustainability, long-term growth and development. The Educator serves as a member of the EVS Management team, develops EVS policies and procedures, and leads and/or contributes to department quality initiatives and programs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2 years of environmental service experience or 3 years’ experience in a lead role in a healthcare setting

Nice To Haves

• Associate’s Degree
• Microsoft Office- basic competency
• Prior supervisor experience
• T-CHEST (Trainer – Certified Healthcare Environmental Service Technician) within 12 months of hire
