About The Position

The EVS Attendant role involves maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the facility during operational hours. Key duties include circulating the facility to sweep and collect trash, performing general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, dusting, and vacuuming all areas, including restrooms. The attendant is also responsible for trash removal and recycling, routine repairs, painting, and maintenance activities, and operating a dish machine. Communication of inventory supply status to management and reporting security, environmental, health, safety concerns, and equipment malfunctions are also part of the job. Requirements

Must possess a high school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

Continually circulate the facility with pan and broom in hand to sweep tickets/trash from the floor, collect trash/tickets from countertops and trash from tables during hours of operation, if not performing other job duties.
Sweep, mop, scrub, dust, and vacuum all areas of the facility including special cleaning required by management.
Remove and recycle trash.
Maintain building and property performing routine repairs, painting and maintenance activities.
Clean and sanitize rest rooms.
Maintain floor cleanliness.
Communicate inventory supply status to management.
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks.
Operate dish machine.
Report on any observed security, environmental and health and safety related concerns and any equipment malfunctions.
Promote superior guest service.
