About The Position

The EVS Attendant is responsible for performing cleaning duties, as directed by the Environmental Services Supervisor, throughout the property. This role involves maintaining the highest standards of quality and cleanliness in various areas including the casino, public areas, offices, and restrooms, while consistently offering professional, friendly, and engaging service to exceed guest expectations. The attendant must adhere to all departmental and company policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation guidelines.

Requirements

• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• 6+ Months of Prior Relevant Experience General cleaning or customer-facing experience - Required
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms.
• Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts.
• Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to company standards.

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma or GED - Preferred
• General cleaning experience in a similar resort or hospitality environment - Preferred
