As a key member of Atlantic Health’s executive leadership team, the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) serves as the senior steward of the health system’s financial strategy and performance. This leader oversees all financial functions, including long‑term financial planning, systemwide performance management, strategic growth support, revenue optimization, and operational efficiency. The CFO ensures consistent financial standards across all facilities, maintains rigorous regulatory and bond compliance, and builds a scalable financial infrastructure that supports both current operations and future expansion. The ideal candidate is a seasoned healthcare finance executive with deep operational expertise, strong regulatory and bond compliance knowledge, and a demonstrated ability to partner effectively with the CEO, Board of Trustees, and executive leadership team.
