About The Position
Evolution is seeking Recruitment Brand Ambassadors in Grand Rapids to represent the company at local hiring and community events. This role involves working with the Recruitment and Operations teams to inform potential candidates about the Game Presenter position, the company culture, and the overall employee experience at Evolution. It offers an opportunity to earn additional income, enhance communication skills, and contribute to the growth of the Grand Rapids team.
Requirements
- Must be a current Grand Rapids Game Presenter.
- Must be in good standing with no active disciplinary action.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people.
- Reliable, professional, and able to arrive on time.
- Genuine excitement about sharing your Evolution experience.
- Ability to work well with Recruitment, Operations, and other Ambassadors.
- Availability to attend scheduled events outside of regular working hours.
- Comfortable working on camera under professional studio lighting.
- Comfortable sitting or standing for the duration of the shift based on game assignment.
- Able to follow game procedures and studio standards.
- Able to work assigned full-time shifts including evenings and weekends.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a required gaming license.
Nice To Haves
- Previous ambassador, sales, customer service, or event experience is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities
- Attend hiring events, community events, open houses, and other recruitment activities.
- Welcome and engage with candidates and event attendees.
- Share personal experience working as a Game Presenter.
- Explain the Game Presenter role, studio environment, training process, and employee experience.
- Answer general questions and direct detailed questions to Recruitment or Operations.
- Assist with event setup, candidate flow, games, giveaways, tours, and other event-related tasks.
- Represent Evolution professionally and ensure a positive experience for all attendees.
- Encourage interested candidates to apply using the event QR code.
