About The Position

The primary function of this role is to hang birds on the evisceration line that fall on the conveyor in the transition from the kill line to the evisceration line. This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods (8-10 hours), hang chickens weighing 4-10 lbs, and use hand-held tools such as knives and scissors. Repetitive grasping, reaching, lifting up to 5 lbs, and pushing and pulling arms are also required.
