Palantir is seeking an Internal Events & Talent Program Manager to join a cross-functional team focused on programs, experiences, and operations that support Palantir's people and culture. This role is centered on building community by designing and executing events and programming that connect employees with the company's mission and values, both locally and globally. The position involves end-to-end ownership of internal events, from intimate gatherings to large-scale company-wide programs. Additionally, the role contributes to broader People Experience operations, including new hire onboarding, employer branding, and external events. The successful candidate will act as an operational backbone for key initiatives, improving processes, tracking projects, removing obstacles, and anticipating needs in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate finds satisfaction in problem-solving, building structure, and understanding how people experience events. They should be comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable to shifting priorities, as the role and organization are not rigidly defined.
