Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation is required to travel to assigned events and retail or big-box store locations.
• Weekend availability is required.
• Outgoing, friendly, enthusiastic, and dependable individuals who enjoy talking to people.

Nice To Haves

• Sales, marketing, customer service or promotional experience is a plus.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Represent Florida Window & Door at events and retail locations.
• Engage with homeowners and start conversations.
• Share the benefits of Category 5 impact-resistant windows and doors.
• Help schedule free in-home appointments.
• Create interest and help homeowners discover the benefits of protecting their homes.

• Part-time team members can earn up to $500 a week with hourly pay PLUS performance bonuses.
