Events Marketing Representatives
About The Position
Florida Window & Door is growing and seeking friendly, outgoing, and energetic individuals to join their Event Marketing Team. This role involves representing the brand at various events such as fairs, festivals, food shows, art shows, home shows, and in busy retail and big-box store locations. The primary goal is to meet homeowners, start conversations, and introduce them to impact-resistant windows and doors. The job offers a dynamic environment, opportunities to work with a mascot named Shelly the Turtle, and the chance to make a difference by helping homeowners protect their homes and families. It is an active, social job with varied locations and opportunities for earning.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Reliable transportation is required to travel to assigned events and retail or big-box store locations.
- Weekend availability is required.
- Outgoing, friendly, enthusiastic, and dependable individuals who enjoy talking to people.
Nice To Haves
- Sales, marketing, customer service or promotional experience is a plus.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Represent Florida Window & Door at events and retail locations.
- Engage with homeowners.
- Share the benefits of Category 5 impact-resistant windows and doors.
- Help schedule free in-home appointments.
- Create interest and help homeowners discover the benefits of protecting their homes.
