About The Position

We are Nothing Bundt Cakes and we are looking for an Event Lead to help us spread cake joy. If you're energetic, sales-minded, and love the idea of working events while serving up delicious Bundt cakes with serious passion, this role is for you. This position involves representing the brand at local events, managing event setups, tracking event details, and driving sales through a proactive and energetic approach. You will also be involved in local marketing efforts, including community outreach, promotional brainstorming, and social media content contribution.

Requirements

Sales experience (quota achievement, retail sales, or sales-bonus-structure experience preferred).
Outgoing, tenacious, and positive personality.
Driven and motivated to achieve goals.
Willingness to work weekends.
Ability to travel between Billings and Bozeman bakeries when needed.
Reliable transportation.
Comfortable lifting event supplies and setting up tents.

Nice To Haves

Experience selling sprinkles to a unicorn.
Ability to sell cake and happiness.

Responsibilities

Represent the brand at local events, markets, and pop-ups.
Set up and break down event displays, including tables, signage, and tents.
Manage event logistics, including cake inventory and communication.
Engage with potential customers with a sales-driven approach to close deals.
Build brand awareness and customer loyalty through positive interactions.
Attend community meetings and networking events.
Assist with local bakery marketing initiatives, including promotions and business outreach.
Contribute to social media efforts by providing content ideas, capturing photos, and supporting online engagement.
