About The Position

Tradeshows and field events are one of our primary pipeline channels. You'll own the entire lifecycle, from selecting and booking events to running the booth to making sure every lead is followed up on. This is a high-ownership, high-output role where the details matter.

Requirements

3-7 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or conference management, ideally in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity
Proven track record managing end-to-end tradeshow logistics including sponsorship contracts, booth setup, vendor coordination, shipping, on-site execution
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously without dropping the ball
Experience working cross-functionally with sales teams to drive pipeline from events, and measuring ROI
Strong vendor and partner relationship management

Responsibilities

Own conference logistics end to end : sponsorship contracts, booth setup, shipping, staffing, badging, hotel blocks, and everything in between
Manage our annual events calendar : evaluate which conferences are worth attending, recommend where to invest, and own the plan through execution
Run the booth : be on the ground at events, coordinate the team, and make sure we come home with qualified leads
Organize and execute roadshow dinners and partner events to deepen relationships with MSP partners before and after tradeshows
Own post-event follow-up : work closely with the BDR and AE team to make sure every lead is tracked, followed up on, and converted
Build and manage vendor relationships : booth builders, swag suppliers, AV, and other event vendors
Track and report on event ROI : know which events are driving pipeline and which aren't, and bring a point of view on where to invest next
