About The Position

KHAITE is seeking an Events & Experiences Intern for the Fall '26 Semester. This role will report to the Global Director, Events & Experiences and will be based out of the NYC HQ offices. This internship is unpaid and for college credit only. KHAITE is a luxury womenswear and accessories brand founded in 2016, known for its unique point of view and exceptional craftsmanship.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled for a Bachelor’s Degree; preferably in Communications, Fashion, Marketing, Event Planning, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as the Google Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; with a strong attention to details.
  • Passion for luxury fashion, events, experiential marketing, and client relations.
  • Keen interest for fashion and eagerness to immerse themselves in the industry.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in event planning, PR, client relations, or styling is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the coordination and execution of all KHAITE Events, including Show Styling, Show, Market, VIC Events, Cocktails, Dinners, and Retail Activations.
  • Assist with vendor research/outreach in local and new markets.
  • Help create Event Overview Decks, Recap Reports, and Production Schedules.
  • Logistical support in messengering, shipping, deliveries, and pick-ups of event materials.
  • Support in maintaining and upkeeping local inventory and supplies.
  • Expense organization and management.
  • Working on-site during local New York based events.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.
