The Crown Is Yours As an Events & Experiences Associate, you'll be at the forefront of creating unforgettable moments for our players. You'll coordinate and execute premium Daily Fantasy Sports live events while supporting all aspects of event logistics, from vendor relationships to budget tracking. You'll collaborate closely with the VIP Team to help enhance events year after year and strengthen the DraftKings brand through exceptional hospitality experiences.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree in a related field with at least 1 year of event planning and management experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Google Workspace.
- Experience supporting Legal contract negotiations (RFPs) and managing vendor relationships.
- Willingness to travel and work nights and weekends as needed.
- Ability to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate events and experiences for our top customers.
- Manage vendor relationships and support the planning and execution of large-scale events.
- Communicate with our players to plan their itineraries and ensure a smooth travel experience.
- Help design internal and external events that showcase the DraftKings brand.
- Support the production planning aspect of events, including working with agencies to source hotels, partnering with Legal to finalize contracts, and assisting with budget management.
- Represent the DraftKings brand at events while helping deliver exceptional hospitality experiences.
