About The Position

The Events Design Producer leads design production for high-profile company events and experiences, overseeing multiple workstreams and providing operational structure and hands-on production leadership from concept development through fabrication, installation, and live execution. The role partners with creative, events, production, brand, marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure event touchpoints are cohesive, on brand, and delivered to a high standard. It coordinates internal teams, agencies, fabricators, and vendors while balancing resources and priorities across concurrent projects. The producer oversees the development and execution of event environments, stages, signage, wayfinding, scenic elements, activations, and branded guest experiences. The role establishes workflows, schedules, budgets, and quality standards; translates event goals and audience journeys into design briefs; guides multidisciplinary partners; and maintains visibility across milestones, approvals, dependencies, risks, fabrication, installation, and onsite documentation. It leads design reviews, technical handoffs, site walks, production check-ins, and onsite quality control, and improves production processes as needs evolve. The position is based in San Francisco, with an expectation to work closely with internal teams in person three days per week. Travel is required for major company events, site visits, installations, and production weeks. Extended hours should be expected as key event milestones, installations, and live dates approach.
