Jackson Lewis is seeking an Events Coordinator to support the nationwide Events team in the planning and execution of internal and client-facing programs. Our team manages a high volume of events and sponsorships across more than 60 offices, requiring a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn, contribute, and grow. This role is highly execution-focused and plays a critical part in ensuring events and sponsorships are delivered seamlessly and consistently. The Events Coordinator will manage logistics, track details, and provide day-to-day support supporting multiple people. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to stay organized under pressure. This person should be energized by a busy environment, willing to roll up their sleeves, and comfortable working closely with a wide range of internal stakeholders.
