About The Position

This entry-level, on-site hospitality role supports day-to-day hospitality service and live event execution in a highly interactive environment. Guest contact is central to the position, with regular face-to-face interaction with guests, visitors, clients, attendees, members, or coworkers. The role is not remote.

The Events Associate assists with event and hospitality operations, provides information and responds to routine requests, and works across departments to help maintain a polished guest experience. A strong fit is personable, dependable, composed in busy environments, comfortable starting conversations, attentive to details, and motivated to create a positive guest experience. Prior hospitality experience may be helpful, though training may be provided for entry-level hires.
