About The Position

Requirements

  • Previous experience in event planning or coordination is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of various events including logistics, venue booking, and vendor management.
  • Support the development and distribution of promotional materials and invitations.
  • Manage event registration processes and maintain attendee databases.
  • Coordinate on-site event setup, including signage, equipment, and catering arrangements.
  • Communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure requirements are met.
