About The Position

Renewal by Andersen is seeking outgoing, energetic, and motivated individuals to join their team as Events Appointment Setters. This role involves engaging with the community at local events and retail sites to set qualified consultations for Design Consultants. The ideal candidate is a friendly conversationalist, resilient in the face of rejection, intrinsically motivated to meet goals, and a reliable teammate. This is a part-time role with a focus on creating a positive customer experience and representing the brand.

Requirements

• Must have a valid Driver's License, a reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry up to 50 lbs frequently during shifts.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions (Heat, Cold, Rain, Wind).
• Flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Engage homeowners at local events and retail sites to start conversations.
• Set qualified consultations for Design Consultants.
• Address customer needs and build trust authentically using conversational skills.
• Participate in coaching and role-playing to improve skills and increase bonus potential.
