About The Position

Renewal by Andersen is seeking outgoing, energetic, and motivated individuals to join their team as Appointment Setters. This role involves engaging with the community at home shows, fairs, and retail locations to set qualified consultations for Design Consultants. The company emphasizes craftsmanship, professionalism, and an outstanding customer experience, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment. This is a part-time, in-person position located in the Treasure Valley area of Idaho.

Requirements

• Must have a valid Driver's License, a reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry up to 50 lbs frequently during shifts.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions (Heat, Cold, Rain, Wind).
• Flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends.
• Reliable transportation

• Comfortable working outdoors
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have weekend availability

Responsibilities

• Engage homeowners at local events and retail sites to start conversations and represent the brand.
• Set qualified appointments for Design Consultants; the primary goal is to sell the appointment, not the windows directly.
• Use conversational skills to address customer needs and build trust.
• Participate in coaching and role-playing to improve skills and increase bonus potential.

Benefits

• Guaranteed base pay of $20/hour.
• Earn $25–$35 for every qualified appointment set.
• 0.5% commission on the final sale.
