About The Position

Renewal by Andersen is seeking an active and engaging Events and Canvassing Marketing Specialist to represent the company in the community. This role involves working at local events and in assigned neighborhoods to engage with potential customers, generate interest, and schedule appointments for the Sales Team. The position is ideal for individuals motivated by performance and earning potential, offering a dynamic work environment outside of a traditional office setting.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a bonus-based or commission-based position
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Weekend availability
• Ability to travel throughout the Summerville/Charleston area
• Comfortable walking 5–10 miles per day
• Comfortable working in seasonal weather conditions
• Comfortable standing and working events for 4–6 hours
• Comfortable using a smartphone, iPad, and computer
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods and speak with homeowners
• Work festivals, farmers markets, sporting events, community events, and retail locations
• Create interest and set appointments for our Sales Team
• Set up and break down events
• Track activity using company technology
• Represent Renewal by Andersen professionally and handle customer objections
