About The Position

Renewal by Andersen is hiring Part-Time Events Brand Ambassadors to represent our brand at local events, fairs, festivals, home shows, retail locations, and community activations. This is not a sit-back-and-wait role. You will be on your feet, approaching homeowners, starting conversations, creating interest, and setting appointments for our Sales team. If you enjoy talking to people, staying active, and being rewarded for results, this could be a great part-time opportunity for you.

Requirements

Outgoing, confident, and comfortable starting conversations with strangers.
Goal-oriented and motivated by bonuses.
Reliable, punctual, and professional.
Positive, energetic, and coachable.
Comfortable standing and walking for long periods.
Available evenings and weekends.
Able to work independently while still being part of a team.
Comfortable using a tablet to enter customer information.
Able to lift up to 30 lbs. for event setup and takedown.
Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Comfortable talking to people and working toward performance goals.

Responsibilities

Generate customer interest and book qualified appointments for free in-home consultations.
Engage with homeowners in a friendly, confident, and natural way.
Represent Renewal by Andersen at events, retail locations, and community activations.
Ask questions to understand homeowners’ window and door needs.
Invite interested homeowners to learn more about our products and services.
Set appointments for our Sales team.
Enter customer information accurately using a tablet.
Help with event setup and takedown, including lifting up to 30 lbs.
Work toward clear goals and appointment-setting targets.
