About The Position

This role involves greeting guests, supporting a guest-first policy, and assisting guests with various needs such as special seating, wheelchairs, and strollers. The position requires following procedures for venue opening, operation, and cleaning, while interacting with guests in a friendly and positive manner. Additionally, the role involves promoting other attractions, observing guests for safety, assisting with problem-solving, and accurately tracking guest counts using a clicker. Maintaining prompt attendance and adhering to grooming standards are also key aspects of the position.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must maintain a positive attitude and working environment.
Must be able to handle stress.
Must be able to troubleshoot problems and identify solutions.
Must have strong work ethics and communication skills.
Must have good leadership skills.
Must be in good physical condition: be able to stand for 20+ minutes and walk at a fast pace.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must be trustworthy and work well with other team members.

Responsibilities

Meet and greet guests as they enter and exit Attractions.
Support and promote the guest first policy.
Assist guests with special seating needs, wheelchairs, and strollers.
Follow procedures for house opening, operating, and cleaning.
Interact with guests in a friendly and positive manner.
Support Entertainment by recommending/discussing other Attractions available to guests.
Observe the guests for safety and assistance.
Assist guests and coworkers in problem solving.
Be able to track guest count with a clicker to keep accurate through-puts.
Maintain a regular prompt attendance record.
Adhere to all grooming code standards.
