About The Position

With integrity and impeccable attention to detail, the Operations Manager is responsible for managing and enhancing all aspects of the company’s event operations to ensure on-time, safety-conscious, budget-friendly operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or higher; equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.
  • Minimum of 3 years of management experience in a high-volume operation.
  • Nevada Driver’s license.
  • Clean driving record.
  • At least 25 years of age.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Work cooperatively with others.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Able to read, write, and comprehend instructions and information in English.
  • Ability to use personal computer and hand-held applications.
  • An ability to work flexible shifts/hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, at varying locations.
  • Must be able to multitask in a fast pace and high-volume environment.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Must present a professional, friendly image and appearance.
  • Must have reliable transportation and excellent attendance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations of assigned departments, events, or functional areas in alignment with company policies and established procedures.
  • Implement and enforce operational policies and standard operating procedures as directed by senior leadership.
  • Supervise frontline personnel including scheduling, training, coaching, and addressing day-to-day performance issues.
  • Monitor operational performance and report results, concerns, and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training staff as assigned.
  • Maintain client communication related to daily operations and service execution.
  • Ensure event-day equipment, electronics, uniforms, and materials are prepared, maintained, and operational.
  • Address and resolve routine operational issues; escalate significant matters to senior leadership as needed.
  • Ensure a safe, secure, and clean working environment is maintained at assigned locations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful execution of operations and events.
  • Attend staff meetings and operational planning meetings as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
