About The Position

As an Event Technology Coordinator at Morley in Saginaw, Michigan, you will support the Meetings & Incentives team and Fortune 500 clients. This role involves coordinating event registration, managing program data by building sophisticated templates and reports in Microsoft Excel, and configuring and managing content for mobile applications used during events. You will also travel on-site to ensure the mobile app runs flawlessly. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work partly from home and partly at the Saginaw, Michigan campus, with occasional domestic or international travel to support programs.

Requirements

  • Microsoft Excel expertise, including complex calculations and formulas
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • A positive, self-starter attitude with a solid work ethic
  • Able to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Able to travel to on-site programs as required (up to 25% of the time)
  • Able to work at Morley in Saginaw, Michigan, when needed
  • Flexible to provide troubleshooting support after hours if needed
  • High-speed internet access at home that you are able to connect to via Ethernet or landline
  • Secluded and distraction-free work environment

Responsibilities

  • Carry out overall administrative responsibilities for the program registration website process
  • Coordinate all program registration processes, including: Requirements gathering, Registration design and configuration, Data consolidation and scrubbing for uploads, Communicating daily with associates, program participants, clients and vendors as appropriate, Ensuring accurate reporting practices, documentation and filing
  • Coordinate the program mobile app, including: Configuration, Content management and upload, Coordinating process steps with the app vendor and the client, Database management, On-site support
  • Assist with data management and Excel report template building, data extraction and distribution
  • Assist with ancillary duties, such as eligibility tracking for our clients’ learning management system, and registration website URL configuration and activation
