Requirements

Prior experience in hospitality, banquets, restaurants, or events preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments.
Physical ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Professional appearance, positive attitude, and passion for delivering memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout the event
Deliver food and beverages according to AriensCo Hospitality standards, ensuring presentation and timing are flawless
Communicate dietary restrictions or allergies to kitchen staff promptly
Clear tables, refresh beverages, and anticipate guest needs to ensure a positive experience
Collaborate with the kitchen, bartenders, and fellow servers to maintain seamless service
Uphold cleanliness and professionalism in all service areas throughout the event
Set up tables, chairs, linens, décor, and other items to match event specifications and layouts
Ensure table settings are neat, aligned, and aesthetically consistent
Assist with audio/visual, lighting, signage, or special equipment setup as directed
Reset and tear down spaces after events, organizing and storing equipment properly
Maintain venue cleanliness, including wiping surfaces, removing trash, and cleaning spills
Support safety and guest experience by identifying hazards and addressing issues quickly
Work under the direction of the Event Manager or Operations Lead and support teammates across roles
