Responsibilities

Assist with the setup and breakdown of event venues, including arranging furniture and equipment.
Greet and welcome event attendees, providing information and directions as needed.
Manage crowd control to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests during events.
Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries and resolve any issues that arise.
Support event coordinators by coordinating logistics and facilitating communication among staff.
Monitor event activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and event guidelines.
