The Event Staffing Operations Specialist is responsible for the recruitment, readiness and deployment of live event teams supporting World Vision Canada’s Events & Experiences portfolio. This role ensures that the right talent is in place to deliver high-quality, consistent and impactful brand experiences across all activations. As a key specialist within the Go-To-Market (GTM) Operations function, this role defines and operationalizes scalable staffing strategies, standards and programs, including the development and management of Tour Representatives, Brand Ambassador and Event Volunteer teams. The Specialist ensures that all event staff are effectively recruited, trained and prepared to represent the organization’s brand, mission and values. Balancing workforce planning with program development and execution, this role plays a critical part in building a reliable, high-performing talent pipeline that aligns with event and activation needs, audience expectations and organizational growth.
