About The Position

Fierce Staffing Services is seeking polished, adaptable, and experienced event professionals to support a high profile Community Center Grand Opening. This is a high-visibility event with large attendance, shifting priorities, and a fast-paced operational cadence. Team members hired for this assignment must be able to think clearly, remain professional under pressure, and adapt quickly as event needs evolve in real time. We are looking for strong professionals who can step into a dynamic environment, take direction, solve problems, and represent Fierce Staffing with excellence. The event will take place from June 21 through June 26, 2026, with full availability required for all event dates. Virtual training sessions are available on May 27th and May 30th.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in event staffing, hospitality, conference support, registration, guest services, or live event production preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills required
  • Professional presentation and polished appearance required
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to perform in a fast-moving event environment
  • Able to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Comfortable following direction and adapting to changing event needs
  • Production Assistant candidates should be comfortable with hands-on operational work and physical event support as needed

  • Must be dependable, punctual, and prepared to work in a high-expectation environment
