Location: Fort Worth, TX (On-site – Must work from the office) Working Hours: Monday to Friday Salary Range: $45,870 - $56,210 per year Are you passionate about creating memorable experiences and providing exceptional service? Join our dynamic team as Event Staff! In this fast-paced and exciting role, you will be integral to the success of various events, from corporate functions to weddings and community gatherings. As a vital member of our event team, you will assist in the planning, setup, and execution of events, ensuring every detail is handled with care and precision.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the respective region.
- Previous experience in event staffing or related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
- A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential.

- Previous experience in event staffing or related field is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of events, including equipment, decorations, and seating arrangements.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests and clients throughout the duration of the event.
- Manage registrations and check-ins, ensuring smooth entry for attendees.
- Coordinate with vendors and catering teams to ensure timely service and delivery.
- Monitor event activities and provide assistance where needed to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Address any guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
