About The Position

Andy Frain Services is hiring Event Staff for the 2026 Summer Entertainment Season. Positions are available at music festivals, sporting events, nightly concerts, and major conventions in Chicago, year-round. This is a part-time or secondary job with an event-based schedule, allowing flexibility for employees to schedule themselves to work when they are able. The role involves supporting clients with security needs, observing and reporting activities, and ensuring the safety of venue property and personnel. Event Staff must maintain a professional image and contribute to creating a safe and unforgettable experience for fans. Providing quality customer service to clients, patrons, and employees is essential.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willingness to submit to a background check and drug screening where required.
• Offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation.

Nice To Haves

• Previous Event Security experience is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Delivery of quality service and positive interaction with customers.
• Greeting all visitors, vendors, and employees while maintaining excellence in presentation and professionalism.
• Maintaining a working knowledge of all emergency policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Responding immediately to emergency alarms or calls for help, determining the course of action, notifying appropriate authorities, and assisting as needed.
• Performing tasks such as Ticket Taking, Ushering, Guest Services, Elevator Operator, Special Services, or other duties as needed.
• Being diligent and vigilant in safety awareness.
• Knowing and understanding post orders, revisions, and daily event needs, as well as the chain of command.
