About The Position

Varsity Event Staff is looking for great people to join our team for competitions and summer camps. This is a fun and exciting position with a company whose mission is to elevate the student experience and create memorable experiences for young people. Event Staff will be trained on various key event positions and are expected to assist with setup and breakdown both prior to and following the event as assigned. As a seasonal variable hour and/or part-time Event Staff, your working hours will be dependent on the event worked, and the role assigned.

Requirements

• Must be over 18 years of age.
• Able to work independently and as a team.
• Create effective solutions.
• Onsite management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding organization skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize various tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup and breakdown both prior to and following the event as assigned.
• Be trained on various key event positions.
