Requirements

Prior customer-service, hospitality, or event-staffing experience is a plus—but enthusiasm and a positive attitude matter most.
High School Diploma or GED.
Valid driver’s license with a clean record (if driving is required).
Ability to pass a basic background check and drug screen.
Able to walk, stand, and climb stairs for extended periods.
Strong interpersonal communication and customer-service orientation.
Basic de-escalation and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Monitor crowd flow and density; guide guests to seating, exits, and amenities.
Provide directions, answer questions, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
Check tickets or event credentials; perform basic bag inspections.
Escort any unauthorized or disruptive individuals from event areas.
Alert supervisors or emergency personnel to medical issues or safety hazards.
Document any incidents or guest concerns with clear verbal handoffs and brief written notes.
Liaise with event organizers, vendors, and performers to facilitate smooth transitions.
Support setup and breakdown tasks as needed.
