Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup and breakdown, including arranging furniture and equipment.
• Manage attendee registration and check-in procedures efficiently and courteously.
• Provide accurate information and directions to guests and participants during events.
• Monitor event areas to ensure safety compliance and address any security concerns.
• Support event coordinators by handling logistical tasks as needed throughout the event.
• Respond promptly and professionally to any issues or emergencies that arise on site.
