Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform manual tasks
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in event staffing, hospitality, or customer service is preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist in setting up and breaking down event equipment and materials
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to event attendees
- Manage crowd control and ensure attendee safety throughout the event
- Distribute event materials such as badges, programs, or promotional items
- Monitor venue entrances and exits to control access and maintain security
