About The Position

As an Event Staff member at an indoor fitness facility, you will foster a fun and welcoming environment by providing excellent customer service to members and guests. You will help ensure special events at the gym run smoothly and deliver an outstanding CRG community experience.

Requirements

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends during booked events.
• Friendly, approachable, patient, and energetic personality.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience working with children and comfort working around large groups of people.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize a variety of tasks.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively as a team player.

Nice To Haves

• Comfort at heights of 40 feet or more.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests.
• Facilitate instruction and orientations during special events, including teaching rock climbing basics.
• Develop proficiency in top rope belaying.
• Process registrations, review forms and waivers, and issue climbing gear.
• Assist with cleaning after events.
• Perform other duties as required.
