About The Position
Lane Staffing is hiring Event Staff – Ticket Takers for a one-day event. We are looking for 30-35 individuals to work in a fun event environment while gaining experience in Event Operations and Customer Service. The event staff will assist with guest entry and exit, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for attendees at the Festival in the Park.
Requirements
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Must have strong customer service skills
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to work the entire shift
- Must follow Lane Staffing event protocols and supervisor directions
Responsibilities
- Scan or collect tickets at entry points
- Verify guest entry credentials
- Assist with managing entry lines
- Provide directions to guests
- Maintain a professional and friendly presence
- Report issues or concerns to event supervisors
