About The Position

Join Our Event Team! Are you dependable, energetic, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for Event Staff and Banquet Servers to help support a variety of exciting events throughout the Mobile area, including conventions, banquets, corporate events, concerts, weddings, and more! Whether you're looking for a great second job, part-time work with flexible scheduling, or the opportunity to work full-time based on event availability, we'd love to have you on our team.

Requirements

• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Reliable transportation to and from event locations
• Previous banquet, restaurant, hospitality, or event experience is a plus—but we're willing to train the right candidates!

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms, tables, chairs, and event spaces
• Serve food and beverages professionally and efficiently
• Provide outstanding customer service to guests
• Clear tables and assist with event cleanup
• Tear down and reset event spaces after events
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
• Follow all safety and event service guidelines
